Hogan Leadership Forecast Series
The Hogan Leadership Forecast is the number one leadership assessment tool used by global corporations – including 60% of Fortune 100 companies. The Hogan assessment provides deep insight into an individual’s personality traits and how to maximize their potential in a job role – there are no good or bad reports, just useful feedback. Lisa is certified to analyze and interpret Hogan reports and uses these reports as the foundation of her leadership coaching and consulting.

Once you’ve completed your Hogan Leadership Forecast, it’s time to put that knowledge to work! Lisa’s one-on-one coaching is flexible, open and you focused. The core question at the heart of Lisa’s coaching is, “What do you want to work on?” Whether you want to be a better leader in your current role, have concerns about taking on a new role, are thinking about changing career paths or simply want to project more of an executive air, Lisa provides you with the support, advice and strategy to tackle these challenges with confidence. Together, you and Lisa take what you want to change about yourself or your situation and work as a team to realize that change.
Step 1: Discovery Session
- Intake questionnaire to gather background information, values, aspirations, and challenges.
- In-depth initial consultation to establish rapport, clarify objectives, and address transitions or uncertainties.
- Assessment of current leadership strengths and areas for development.
Step 2: Values Exploration and Transition Planning
- Deep dive into core values, beliefs, and guiding principles to align leadership actions with personal authenticity and integrity.
- Exploration of transitions, uncertainties, or decision points to identify values-based pathways forward.
- Development of transition plans or strategies to navigate uncertainty and take decisive action aligned with core values.
Step 3: Customized Coaching Plan
- Development of a tailored coaching plan centered around values alignment, identity exploration, and transition support.
- Incorporation of neuroscience-informed techniques, personality assessments, and mindfulness practices to deepen self-awareness and resilience during transitions.
Step 4: Regular Coaching Sessions
- Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on values integration, identity refinement, transition support, and mindset cultivation
- Exploration of challenges, opportunities, and insights through the lens of values and authentic leadership principles, with a focus on navigating transitions with clarity and confidence.
- Accountability check-ins to ensure alignment with personal values and progress towards transition goals.
Step 6: Final Evaluation and Integration
- Culminating session to reflect on overall values alignment journey, celebrate personal growth achievements, and address transition outcomes.
- Integration of newfound insights and authentic leadership practices into daily actions and decision-making processes, with a focus on sustained resilience and adaptability during transitions.
- Development of strategies for ongoing self-coaching, values alignment, and continued support during future transitions.
