Coaching Engagement Breakdown
STEP 1: STRATEGIES AND ACTION PLAN
Identification of what is necessary and actionable toward goals.
Timeframe: First Meeting/Month 1
Activities:
- Completion of written intake form. Lisa to review prior to initial session.
- One 90-minute meeting to discuss and align on initial coaching parameters.
- Preparation for each meeting and completion of post-meeting notes and action steps.
- Lisa is available for brief email and phone/text check-ins.
STEP 2: 1:1 COACHING, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND SUPPORT
During each discussion, you and Lisa will review what has been accomplished since the last meeting and what steps are next in your action plan. Any new relevant information will be shared and addressed as appropriate. In addition to discussions, Lisa will provide you with relevant articles, exercises, and reading suggestions.
Timeframe: Months 1-6
Activities:
- Equivalent of three, 60-minute coaching sessions each month (if you and Lisa do a 90-minute session, the remainder of the time that month will be 90-minutes).
- Preparation for each meeting and completion of post-meeting notes and action steps.
- Lisa is available for brief email and phone check-ins.
- Final progress review and future action plan to follow coaching engagement.
STEP 3: ONWARD AND UPWARD (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)
As the engagement ends, you and Lisa will determine what support is necessary to ensure behavioral change and growth continues.
Timeframe: 6-month mark at engagement end date
Activities:
- One 90-minute meeting suggested to review progress and discuss hurdles and ongoing support needs.
- Lisa is available for brief email and phone check-ins.
